Thank you for visiting our site and for your interest! All of our properties are listed by availability based on when the current lease expires. However, we do give current tenants first rights of renewal, so we won't know what is going to be available until after our renewal deadline passes on 11/1. You may submit to our waiting lists starting on 10/15 for whatever properties you may be interested in and we will contact you, based on your spot on each list, once our renewal deadline passes with additional information.
